So the Holidays are crazy!

I have been slacking big time!  It's been a while since I've posted so let me see if I can fill you in on some details.  I hosted my first Thanksgiving this year and surprisingly everything went very well!  We've also took avantage of the time off to do a little more light renovations in the house. Just paint and carpet removal.  Lots of fun though!  During our cooking extravaganza I needed to grease a pan... reaching for a papertowel I noticed the roll was empty.  I didn't even realize it, but thanks to my large collection of towels that I now keep in the kitchen we've officially been papertowel free for at least a month!  It's amazing!  I really don't even miss them!  So you may be wondering what I used to grease my pan then.. one of those awesome silicon brushes!  Duh, don't know why I wasn't going for that in the first place :)

Here are some promising freebies!  My mailbox has been endlessly full of free dog food samples, shampoo's and conditioners.  I've been slacking though, so I'm sure there will be a free sample lull until I get back on track.  Here's to trying to get more freebies!

    1. Thanks Steph! Maybe I'm weird, but I've always greased my pans, etc...with my fingers. I've never thought about doing it any other way!
