How many of those plastic shopping bags do you throw away each week? And how annoying is it to accumulate a large pile before it's enough to take it to the store to recycle? That's what started my love affair with reusable shopping bags.
Not that these puppies are that expensive to begin with.. generally $1 for a regular shopping bag sized tote, and $2 for an insulated one for your cold items... but you can't beat free!! We have about a half dozen now.. and if you buy the reusable shopping bag tag at CVS they give you $1 for every 4 times you use it at CVS!
